Is there a charge for the room?
In lieu of a room charge for the private dining mezzanine, we require a food minimum that is based on the preset menu and the amount of people in attendance. Your minimum attendance guarantee is required three days prior to your event date.
Our mezzanine can seat up to 40 guests comfortably. Smaller groups that would like to reserve the space privately may require a food and beverage minimum.
What fees are associated with private dining?
State sales tax, gratuity of 20%, 3.5% restaurant surcharge and a banquet fee of 3% will be added to the final bill.
What is needed to make my group dining reservation?
Our private dining space is reservable upon completion and receipt of the group dining agreement that will be sent via email once your date and availability is confirmed. This is done on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that it is normal for our restaurant to have multiple requests for the same date and time. We respond to group dining inquiries in the order that they are received, and make the reservation for the selected date and time to the first person that returns the completed group dining agreement.
Why do I need a contract?
The contract guarantees you the space and the menu at the time you specify. This helps our Chef’s order the food, prepare all courses and makes sure that the product that you expect is ready for your event. Additionally, it helps us schedule the correct number of staff team members to ensure we meet our service standards. The signed contract is. your agreement and acknowledgment of our cancellation policy. A credit card is required to hold your reservation but a deposit is not required.
Can I change how many people are attending?
You can always change the amount of people in attendance up to three days in advance. We need to know the number of people so we make sure that we are preparing the correct amounts of food and for staffing purposes. Your confirmed number will be the minimum billed in the case that not all of your guests make the event.
Do you require a beverage minimum?
We do not require a beverage minimum. All beverages are based solely on consumption. You will have access to our full wine and beverage menu.
How will allergy accommodation be handled?
Please let us know in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies that we need to accommodated. Our chef will prepare a special entree dish for your guests and all other courses can be adapted to any dietary restriction.
Can I order from the dining room menu?
While we require the preset group dining menu for each guest, your guests can also order additional items a la cart from our dining room menu. This includes wine and other beverages. Items will be added to the final bill as ordered.
